Jeremy has ten years of experience planning change for clients and is qualified to MBA level. He has also acquired advanced coaching skills with a post-graduate diploma in psycho-therapy. Jeremy is an associate consultant with the Manufacturing Advisory Service South West (MAS-SW) and has delivered training day workshops on organisational stress to public sector professionals and managers with Mindfields College. He is the author of a new book "Stress or motivation? The leadership choice".

As lead consultant, Jeremy works with CEOs and business owners to enable them to make practical use of the TBD collaborative leadership principles and create a dynamic catalyst for planning change and performance improvement.

Nigel Barfoot specialises in dynamic hands on sales and marketing consultancy. He has particular experience with high tech manufacturing companies looking to expand existing business and/or develop into new markets.

Typically, Nigel works with senior management and sales staff providing business improvement advice, support and coaching.

With 20 plus years experience of running and developing companies both domestically and internationally, Nigel provides expert intervention or advice for either short term sales generation or long-term strategy.
