Jeremy Old is the managing director, the lead TBD specialist and founder of the Team Business Development programme.

Jeremy has been using a collaborative leadership style for twenty years with consistent success in a wide range of organisational settings including both the manufacturing and service sectors.

However in recent years Jeremy has developed TBD by combining original team planning research findings from SRI (Stanford Research Institute in California) with more recent advances in psychology. Read more about the research basis to TBD's rapid business transformation programme.

Jeremy has ten years of experience planning change for clients and is qualified to MBA level. He has also acquired advanced coaching skills with a post-graduate diploma in psycho-therapy. Jeremy is an associate consultant with the Manufacturing Advisory Service South West (MAS-SW) and has delivered training day workshops on organisational stress to public sector professionals and managers with Mindfields College. He is the author of a new book "Stress or motivation? The leadership choice".

As lead consultant, Jeremy works with CEOs and business owners to enable them to make practical use of the TBD collaborative leadership principles and create a dynamic catalyst for planning change and performance improvement.

David Vidler

David Vidler delights in offering a high level of personal and professional service to his clients. He has over 12 years experience successfully reducing and managing costs through analysis and proactive advice. The vast majority of his savings are delivered on his famous, No savings ... No Charge policy.

David's goals in business are to provide sustainable solutions for cost reductions, efficiency improvements and a high level of vendor service.  He focuses on a win-win solution that enables a supplier to retain, or gain, a valued customer whilst maintaining an acceptable and sustainable margin.

David’s role is to analyse a client's expenditure and methodologies, advise on a sustainable solution to maintain standards whilst increasing efficiencies and reducing cost base. He can oversee the implementation of the chosen recommendations, then monitor and report on the advancements.

David’s Specialties incude:

Nigel Barfoot

Nigel Barfoot specialises in dynamic hands on sales and marketing consultancy. He has particular experience with high tech manufacturing companies looking to expand existing business and/or develop into new markets.

Typically, Nigel works with senior management and sales staff providing business improvement advice, support and coaching.
